Cancelling

You may cancel your tickets and receive a full refund for the purchase of your tickets up to 72 business hours prior to the date and time of the ride with proper notice via email at lionsrailriders@gmail.com or phone 844-724-5743 (M-F 9am-5pm).
 

We do not provide refunds for no-shows, late arrivals, or inclement weather such as rain/snow.

We run rain or shine, unless dangerous weather conditions are occurring or imminent, based on the judgment of NPOV Lions Railriders. If NPOV Lions Railriders cancel a tour because of dangerous weather conditions, riders will receive full refunds. Whenever possible, we try to wait out any questionable weather.

Processing time

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
